Summary:

I am incredibly excited to announce the new features of this website, including county-based maps and analysis tools. Previously, Spectrum Omega was available to all without cost to both individuals and companies/governments. Starting December 1, 2020, this will change. The existing parts of the site will remain free for all for any use, however the new features of the website listed above will require an annual subscription for those who are using this website for commercial gain (business, government, individuals/consultants).

It took a tremendous amount of time and effort to bring these new and advanced features to release, and there is also a cost behind the scenes with processing large amounts of data to make this happen. I want to make it very clear we aren’t taking anything away, companies that use the Licensed Area Maps will continue to be able to use them for no cost.

The sections of the website that require licensing for commercial use includes:

1. Any county-level mapping functionality

2. Analysis tools (Depth Chart, etc.).

The Licensed Area Maps section of the website may be used by any and all parties for commercial use without purchasing a Commercial Use License, but still subject to the restrictions below.

Any commercial use must comply with the following restrictions. You may not:

Scrape, or otherwise programmatically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
